An internationally renowned, bestselling author, D.L. Aiden has begun their foray into the blogging world, much to the delight of a million, screaming fans…
Well. Maybe one day.
For now, I’m just another ambitious writer, hoodie-wearer, chocolate and Murakami-lover, odd coin-collector, and face in the young, internet-addicted generation. Where by young, I do mean downwards of
seventeen eighteen. Of somewhat lesser importance, I like the smell of petrol. Also, Florence Welch is amazing. Also, so am I.
I’ve started this blog not so much for attention, but as an outlet for my pent-up frustration at the workings of the world. I plan to blog about my writing, life, British politics, video games and whatever else I care to write about. Maybe I won’t always be anonymous, but for now it’s the only way I can express myself.
The blog is called a flock of crows, as I find it too commonly called a murder in an attempt by a lot of people to want to sound clever and knowledgeable. I call it a flock for some semblance of originality and individuality, and crows are highly intelligent creatures so I use them as metaphors for my generation–we’ve got the potential and yet, there are so many stereotypes and stigmas directed towards us. If you don’t mind reading me rant about this amongst other things, you’re more than welcome to join the flock.
